Poor Phenomenon…although he may be dead here (this comic representing the most current HU continuity) he is still very much alive in Energize: Hunted, so if you thought he looked cool, he will be appearing in the Hunted Finale as well as the upcoming tie-in issue of Heroes Alliance.
Back to this comic though and Tazer gets his first introduction to the new villain.
