How do you undress a Playmobil? In this case we took an old, simple white one that had no real features on his chest and painted it with several coast of flesh coloured paint. In the original script Rick was going to be taking off his clothes one piece at a time, but in toy terms he's just suddenly naked.
Superpowers, the time between comic panels...and he's a randy young man in an older woman's apartment. I'd say there are plenty of reasons he'd get undressed quickly !
Being able to undress fast is to be expected of someone with superpowers - Superman does it all the time, so fast that he keeps pulling on his underpants over the jumpsuit instead of under it. ;)
