Woot happy winter-een-mas folks! I decided not to shade the hair and all in this page, because I was finally happy with keiko's angry face, I didn't want to ruin it.
Oh dang. I got a rant.
Theres this teacher at my school I had last year. She simply cannot teach well. At all. Shes not really mean or anything, shes just a bad teacher. I have yet to see anyone who got higher than a C in her class; even now I hear people talking about how they all failed her class. I was lucky to get out with a D.
She doesn't teach the material well. If someone doesn't get something, they're screwed; she won't help them out. I think when I was in her class we only took notes maybe 5 times total. The rest of it was worksheets that contained questions where the answers were nowhere to be found.
She wouldn't tell us when homework was due either, so people would have tons of missing assignments even if they did the work. The tests were just plain impossible, too.
Oh, god, speaking of tests…Our class was a history and english class mixed together (said teacher taught the history portion, another taught english), it was a freaking huge class; the two classes were right next to each other and usually we opened the wall up so it was a huge classroom. Anyway, she actually TESTED us on who was sitting where. What the hell?
Then she had current event quizzes every friday. We had to answer questions about political cartoons (bad ones at that) and talk about what things have happened lately in the news. Ugh, they counted for way more than they should have.
Anyway, personally, if I was a teacher, and the majority of my students were failing, I wouldn't just push the thought aside and blame the kids, I'd try and change my ways and find a method where the kids actually understood the material. Meh, just me. Still, it kind of pisses me off.
Another thing that pissed me off in that class was “infering”. Sure, understanding what you're reading is important, but it just got ridiculous. It was answering questions like this:
“On page 500 John ate a red apple. INFER: Why did he eat the red apple? What does the red apple symbolize? INFER!”
Ugh.
Well, I've ranted long enough, and I feel better now. G'bye folks, happy winter-een-mas to any fellow gamers out there, and thanks for readin'!
EDIT: Ugh. I can't send today (fridays) page for some reason! Sorry folks! I'm trying.

SFGFDgdg I can't update the page, still, folks, sorry! In fact, I can't upload anything to DD. I tried uploading a file with nothing in it but the word "test". It wouldn't upload. So, I tried imageshack, the test file uploaded, but nothing else will, the page dies in seconds. I tried photobucket, but its stuck on 0%. Of course it might be an internet issue, but everything else is working perfectly fine.-sigh-, I don't know. x.X Well, time'll tell. Maybe I can get a friend to try uploading later, or somethin'.

Ugh, dude, I've had the misfortune to have several teachers like that in my life ): I feel your pain. Anyway, I reread and got caught up on HTDS now ^^. It's looking awesome.

Haha good page. I can totally relate to what your ranting about. I had a teacher that didn't teach either, and I have no idea how I got by. I also hate reading stories to FIND EFFING SYMBOLISM! For pete's sake, I want to read the story to be ENTERTAINED DAMN IT! Okay sorry, again good page! =D
