Monsters came in all shape and sizes..since my
drawing sucks i just refer a dinosaur for my first monster…and i shouldnt have played Patapon before i drew that panel(that jaw!lol)

if you notice those team rocket lookalikes are the goverments special protection force(you know,to evacuate and stuff)
