To her credit, Marjorie Wyndham-Wilkins's former hubby (Skylar's father) was a superrvilain, and she thinks that she's doing better by her daughter by providing her a more positive role model in her current husband, Malcolm.
To her detriment, she's one of those types who, when pressed, will side with her (second) spouse over her own child.
