Tracy-Ann Sang was a pretty famous pop star back in the day.
She got famous after the fall of Pantheon X.
She led the double life for a while, being both Blackbird and Tracy Sang the celeb, but gave up the superhero aspect of her life (t least for the most part) when her oldest son was born.
She was called to swing back into action a half dozen times over the years, but never stuck with it.
Still, Blackbird has had more comebacks than Tracy Sang ever did.

Joey Norville is a fan.
Also, don't think for a second that Joey is an idiot, or anything.
He's just being affected by the Psionosphere in his own way - namely less ‘filter’.
