Eating Alot

This is true, my entire daily calories (when I stick strictly to my diet) is less than a Wendy's Classic Triple Combo. Not bad considering you get NO nutrients from the combo, and you're usually hungry again in like 2 hours.
Stay away from ALL fast food. Seriously

That's 1800 calories below maintenance! A better goal would be ~20% below maintenance - about 2600. You'll lose a lot of weight but it'll be almost all water and muscle.

The protein thing was tough. It was more something to shoot for. I usually had an egg white omelet with lean ham and low fat cheese for breakfast. A protein shake for mid morning snack. Turkey sandwich or chicken dish for lunch Protein Bar or Tuna for mid afternoon snack. Sensible dinner.

That sounds about right. The 8-10 grams of protein sounds hard to manage though. You'd have to eat ALL protien all day long. Which sounds suspiciously like a "diet" which I'm trying to steer away from

The formula I always heard is 8 calories for every pound you weigh if you want to lose weight. 10 if you are lifting. You re-evaluate every few weeks. You also want between 8-10 grams of protein for every pound.
