Well, I'm not "on a diet" persay, I'm just trying to eat healthier.
Might I've lost another half a pound if I didn't eat pizza this weekend? probably. But what's life without pizza?
pizza in moderation I say. Eat healthy enough that I still lose weight, but don't start eating in such a way that I stop enjoying food.
Well, some of the things I noticed you eating were kinda in the wrong direction. You might wanna re-think smoe food choices.
But hey! You STILL lost weight!

2lbs a week is a great rate to lose weight. Any loss above that is almost certainly lean body mass...

Actually, I totally did my math wrong. if I lose 2lbs a week I'll be set in 35 weeks (doi) like 3/4 a year

Good work... and don't get too down.. I've known people who gain weight when they go on a diet!
