I ran into someone who does tarot this weekend. They did a free reading for me. This was the first card I pulled. I don't put too much stock in that sort of thing, but I thought it was cool that I pulled the card with the lemniscate. What the card revealed was equally as cool. I was thinking about doing a Snog version of the card. Sorry about the filler. ;) Have any of you had any experiences with psychics, or opinions for that matter. I'm skeptical, but fascinated.
My first card would probably end up being "The Presumptuous Hack." On that particular note, my submissions will be to you (hopefully) within 36 hours--really sorry for the delay. The little one has a cold, which is making her miserable, which makes us unable to write, but I'm making serious headway today (I've holed up in one of the adjunct workspaces on campus where no one can find me). Oh, and I got the Bumdingle package; thanks again!
I hope things get better for you. Ganbatte ne!
I've got a lot going on right now. There's so much uncertainty. I'm so lost, and unsure. This comic is great for me about expressing these different periods in my life. It's nice to have an outlet. I live everyday in disharmony. I just wish I knew where I was headed. Even if there was the slightest "flash"...y'know...? for comfort...
I have a set of runes made from gifted wood from a close member of my kindred that are stained with my own blood. Damn are they good! I'm not the best at reading them, especially not as good as I should be, but this set is spot on. On the rare occasion I read for someone else, the reaction I usually get is surprise because of what they have to say. There was one time I went to pull a random rune just to meditate on it and the set had other plans. They were practically screaming out a warning to me. I kinda got the message, but I kinda didn't. About a week later I figured it out when what I was warned about came to pass. I'm usually a very skeptical and scientifically-minded person, but I've had enough amazing experiences like that to keep a very open mind.
As my profile says I have a collection of Tarot Cards, however I will not read for anyone I don't know. The cards reveal possible futures dependent upon your action or reaction to events that are unfolding. You have free will to either accept the cards as they lie or to actively work for a better future. When I was about 10 years old a friend of my parents read my cards and told my parents I was fated to die on the operating table during a life changing surgery, my father scoffed at it however my mother believed it was a possibility, 9 years ago I did die on the operating table not once but twice during Open Heart Surgery. (Since then I've said this is proof the Heaven doesn't want me and Hell's afraid I'm going to take over.) Look at all things with an open mind my friend.
I used to do Tarot, years ago. Do I believe in divining the past or future thru focal objects? Of my two comic series, one lead heroine is an oracle and the other is a telepath. Go figure. ;)
Also..if you have read this comic and like it...please hit that "you like this" button up there. I have some funny strips for Harry Balsonya in mind, but I am waiting until the "likes" hit 100. You have the power!

Would you read for me? My comic tells you more about me than most people actually know.;)
