When I worked in an office, sometimes I'd have to use those lil creamer cup half-and-half things that somehow stay fresh at room temperature despite being dairy. The secret, I found out, is trans fats! But the creamers use such a small amount - less than 1g - that (in America) they don't have to declare it as having any trans fats?

Kinda messed up, huh?
