There's nothing preventing me from bringing the Wicked Winkie Wizard back at a different point. He's a villain I'd been meaning to create, overall, and now he's here. It's also possible he won't appear again. We'll see.

Those ringlets in Glinda's hair were interesting to draw, for sure. Less annoying than Ozma's flowers, though.
