I agree with Rich a bit, the red on pinkish is a bit hard on the eyes. And yeah, pointless pannels are bad as well. Though the photoshop effects are welcome more than paint effects. But, do not blame someone's difficulty to read on their monitor or eyes. That's just rude. Now the comic itself isn't bad, but it could be clearer.

Tomcat- Let me address your rebuttals. 1. My eyes are fine. With my glasses I have 20-20 vision. My moniter is also fine. 2. If it's that important for them to sound different, I think it is important for us to be able to read it easily. 3. If you cannot use the extra panel, make one that is twice as wide!

I can barely read the red font on the salmon colored bubbles, and the bubbles with the patterns on them simply don't work. And pointlessly placing where the last panel is does nothing.
