At most bars it is the bartender's job to change kegs when they blow, especially small bars that don't employ any barbacks. This is fine, except that the full keg weighs considerably more than I do.
In the place I use to go to would let some of us big guys switch kegs for a free pitcher of beer.
I could lift a full keg and set it on the bar with one arm before I got hurt.
The girls at the pub I worked at had it easy. That being me and the rest of the cooks there were giant manly men who scoffed at the idea of a silly little keg.
I did make the mistake of stacking on top of the other though once. I had to get it out of the way to reach another one... long story short it fell.
The good news is I was able to prevent it from hitting the ground by thrusting my great body towards is.
The bad news was the 150 pounds that came crashing upon my nuts.
I got to home early that day.
I don't know what kind of kegs kingofsnake has been lifting, but a full 15 gallon keg weighs approximatly 160-170 pounds. A pony keg might weigh 75. I am slightly insulted by the insinuation that I can't lift 60 pounds. :-P
