Army Issues

Here in Brazil, military service is mandatory to all men when they turn 18, but not women.I done my best to escape it and succeeded, but this resulted in girls constantly talking about how if they were male, they'd join the army.Weird thing is that women can join the army for quite some time now, so what are they talking about?

Your comment illustrates the issue better than the cartoon, itself. I think you oughta find a way to revise it: it's a great point to make with a cartoon, provided you do it in a way that doesn't require the explanation to clarify.
