Yes Nightmare is right that she has the powers of the original RM's. She is effectively Doc Robot for the first series, Doc has the powers of the 2nd series of RM's (Assuming he hasn't been upgraded in some form).

As for Oilman and Timeman, they aren't included in Roll's powers. Primarily because I forgot about them (I don't own a PSP so I never played Powered Up). I'll give a reason why they (as in her choice of powers) aren't included in the comic in the future (how far in the future I don't know).

No. It's a remake of the original. Protoman was the first robot created, even before Rock and Roll. Which is why he is named PROTOman. Proto is short for Prototype, as in the first model.
