It's hard for a hero when the state cuts budgets on the local law enforcement. Almost seems as if citizen take heroism for granted. It's not like we get paid or anything.

They should outsource to dog catchers instead of the LAPD officers - dog catchers get nets, and that would add to the fun. ^.^
