Here Prometheus explains to Foxfire, his cheif lietenant, why he sees Elpizo as a threat. MMZ2 players will remember Elpizo absorbing Dark Elf's power, and apparently he still has some of it left.

And yeah, Prometheus resurrected the 8 Judges to serve as his elite soldiers.
