Chapter 4: Bad Karma | 51

In case you were thinking that Freya's power was a bit lightweight “oooh, she can sense emotions and make people feel warm and fuzzy and stuff”… think again!! At full power, making a person feels all emotions at once, it can be quite debilitating.
Today's page reintroduces us to Justine Keff who, as well as being on faculty is in charge of island security. It's also the first appearance of the flying bikes! Forget flying cars, of course a super hero island would have flying bikes… wouldn't it?
Tomorrow… feedback!
Thanks for reading and commenting. Be sure to check out Crossoverkill which features Hoodoo from Magellan and a heap of other awesome superhero webcomics… there was a new update on Thursday as our heroes deal with a potentially explosive situation.

@jamoecw: true, very true. Aliens are probably generally immune to her also... but it can still be effective against most humans!

well, it is a tad light weight, all you need to beat her power is a robot, or a vulcan who has attained kolinahr. now kaycee's power is much harder to counter as it can't be detected, and if it can't be detected then one can't make plans against it.

So yeah, she can make you feel ssadhappyscaredlutfulangrytirednervousexcitedbored . If you think that's a pain to read, imagine trying to feel that.

Having internet probs, but I'm still looking in and playing catch-up whenever I can! Feeling for Freya right now. Unless of course she's just making me feel that way!
