If you've been reading from the start you may still not remember Ken Spence who is a member of the Academic Council. He was first seen in Chapter 1 - see in particular page 1.22 to get a pretty good idea of his general disposition and why he's so cranky at Annie (aka Go!Anna). Anyway, I quite like the verbal jousting that's going on in this page… everyone has attitude and no one's going to get the better of them!

for some reason even the first read through spence stuck out in my mind. him being cranky at anna was a mystery though until it was all revealed (sort of). in all fairness he seemed to always be a little cranky.
