Some of the less fit cadets are still struggling to get up the stairs in that first panel, and poor old Sioni who has a fairly legitimate reason - he might have reduced Maya's mass but it's still no easy task to run with her on his back. Anyway, I had fun with that first panel as you might tell.

So here we are at the Robo-Mat which you might have remembered from earlier in this chapter when Kaycee and Nadine did a practice session for fun. Something tells me this one won't be so easy! Kaycee is also teamed up with Bill Banks who we've seen a few times and Montana-Rose Touchwood who is a witch not seen all that much up until now (although she did have a cameo during Hoodoo's intro sequence over in Crossoverkill)…
