Chapter 4: Bad Karma | 69

Just a bit of idle chatter, this conversation centers around the fact Kaycee had a fairly crushing ‘reunion’ with Annie (Go!Anna) Summers who saved Kaycee's life when Kaycee was younger. You'll find that earlier in this chapter. I quite like the conversation here, it helps reveal a fair bit about the characters.

One thing I really wanted to do when I started Magellan was show a bit more interaction between the outside world and the effects of having this super hero institution well established within its day to day existence. Haven't really had a chance to do that... not yet anyway! Clearly though they have to contract out for a lot of things, food items included.

well power bar makes the energy bars for the u.s. military, possibly the some other countries as well. they seem to pride themselves on that accomplishment, rather than taste. i'd imagine them or their equivalent would make the magellan academy's energy bar. i think cliff may also supply energy bars as well, so who knows?
