Do weevils hiss? Evil weevils do! And evil robot weevils also.

When I first devised this training sequence I intended to show all the cadets going through their paces but decided that would have become a bit repetitious not to mention boring (something I wish DC would have realised before they released the JLA Go To Hell oneshot this month… sheesh). Plus they would have had senior cadets leading them through the exercise - all that may happen in a future story, for now we get to see Blue Team crash and burn! So having come this far is it all for naught? See you tomorrow!

Tomorrow… Bill to the rescue???

@jamoecw: Kaycee may indeed one day become a super martial artist, even so she's pretty good. Unfortunately for her she's in a very confined space and Evil Weevil's reflexes are faster than your average human's. So far we've seen everything go quite well for Kaycee, this is where the wheels fall off the cart!

now if kaycee was some sort of super martial artist she could subdue evil weevil right now, after all he is offering his arm to her. at wich point bill only needs to down two bugs in quick succession and help out kaycee, or neutralize the mutex. if kaycee isn't a super martial artist then she will need help too quick for bill to deal with the other two, though if montana rose was here she could do hex stuff to keep a couple of the bugs busy while bill saves kaycee, then deal with the other two bugs while kaycee proceeds with the rescue. this is what one expects from some new heroes, unlike other comics we see the failings that heroes learn from.
