Chapter 4: Bad Karma | 111

You may recall at the very start of this chapter we saw Magnus Magellan… aka MAGELLAN… disappear into a vortex to stop the invasion of Earth by the Q'Arth demons in 1972. A vortex which then popped out of existence - leaving Magellan lost from his team mates in the IJF (International Justice Force)… see pages 4.04 thru 4.06 for a refresher. Well, just as Karmaya is playing with Gola's perceptions so too it would seem she is now messing with Mary's mind… Mary believes she is back in the 1970s as the younger version of herself the witch known as Glamor.

Well, it's about as far-fetched as say, the return of Bucky, Superman, the Flash, Green Lantern, etc. from the dead...all of which are canon. So you can't blame her too much for being fooled.---Al

a little known fact about candles, they burn wax vapor, not the wick, and they don't burn it all, so kids don't try to make a room like young jemma's. the extra wax vapor will cause the fire to do weird things, like burn down the room. the wax will also condense on the ceiling and walls, making a mess, your parents won't be very happy. this is a good page, just look at the candles, they aren't the same, they aren't even slightly altered versions of a stamp, they are each drawn individually and slightly different, both in position and form. though the lighting is a bit off on the cape in the first panel. I think the slain care little if they sleep or rise again.
