Actually, I'm getting the sense VM II -is- Billy's future self. Which means there's a very good chance he's stronger than Charisma. The present version is, or at least on very even terms with her, so a trained, adult version should be able to hold her off pretty well. Perhaps I'm just not seeing it, but I can't see where Vic's cape has any transparency at all in any panel he's in.

look's like bill's future sense is tingling. perhaps the dead one shouldn't have been the one to make first contact, though he can probably take her, or at least last long enough for help. though if he had simply asked for help instead of introducing himself things might have gone a tad better, especially if he asked them to evac golla. who knows, perhaps some trial and error via time machine could help figure out the best way for first contact. The good fighters of old first put themselves beyond the possibility of defeat, and then waited for an opportunity of defeating the enemy.
