Sorry for the break in transmission yesterday - I'm not sure what happened exactly but clearly I forgot to upload a page for that day. D'oh!
Anyway, what can I say, except things are just going from bad to worse for Kaycee - having some idea of what's going on is clearly not helping her since the illusions are so compelling as to block out counter reasoning.
Tomorrow: Miasma starts monologuing…!
Crossoverkill: don't forget to check out this awesome crossover featuring Hoodoo from Force Magellan and other fantastic superheroes from some great webcomics… Crossoverkill!
Drunk Duck Awards 2011: The finalists have been announced and Magellan has been nominated for Best Plot Development. That's a big honour, thanks to everyone who put my name in the hat. The awards are in a month or so… I'll let you know if I win.

Yes, pretty much everything gets over-ridden. She doesn't have complete control over motot function, she describes how it works when she tried to trick Tom into killing Freya but acknowledged she could only trick him into action, to offer up scenarios that would manipulate him into going in the direction she wanted him to go. She can lock down motor functions though, in the same way the body does when you're having a dream to stop you from acting it out. She can also make you feel pain - have you ever had a dream where something causes you pain - I have, and it's freaky!

so i was wondering about the illusions, does the power override the sensory section of the brain, so that when she throws you into an illusion you sense things she wants you to sense. which means that she has control of motor functions, and sub-conscience awareness? [}'_'{] The outcome corresponds less to expectations in war than in any other case whatsoever.
