This scene cuts back and forth between reality and reality as Mary perceives it - that reality is of herself as a younger woman and younger colleagues. That line from Ken Spence/Nitro-Man about barbers cracks me up everytime. Also, the difference between evil Chang and cuddly Chang is very amusing.
