Yeah ... some people do want to start over, bud others like HK feel like after all that abuse they deserve the happy life WITHOUT starting over. Also, there is the question of jurisdiction.

Life-bringer, state your case and present your evidence. Haven: Yes, your honours. I was supposed to deliver two souls to twins being born at the same time, but I was interrupted by HER activities. One of the souls ended up in the intended vessel, but the other is missing, because she stole it. I request the court to require her to return the stolen soul so I can complete my job. Judge: Thank you for your opening statement. You may present your evidence. HK: What?! I was just starting my investigation into the missing soul (which I did not steal) when Haven arrested me and brought us here, just because he couldn't do his job properly. Judge: Reaper, please sit down. You will be given an opportunity to present your case shortly. Life-Bringer Haven, you may now present your evidence. Haven: I just did, your honour.
