Hmm, both girls are still virgins, so touching Stormy's horn on Windy to cure light wounds, then a few healing potions for Stormy to keep her going until they can get back to the institute and deal with the effects of the aging charm properly.

Yeah rotting would be the worst case scenario in this situation. I would think that with food there’s a minimum affect as their body’s natural magical field would break up the spell as it was digested. Best case scenario is you get an upset stomach. Worst case is organ deteriorated based on the strength of the spell and how shoddy it was made. A good quality aging charm would increase the rate of aging rather than inducing quick unstable growth. Increasing the rate of aging is more stable and less likely to cause harm. With the best quality having safe guards to insure the effects of targeted. Though my head canon for agriculture, spells would be more focused on increasing the yield over decreasing the time it takes
