Meet the Character: The Dean

He's simply called, “The Dean.” Mostly because he's been working at UC Infernus for so long that no one remembers his name, not even him. He's cynical, ruthless, and mean - the perfect role model for our young adults of UCI. He looks out for the well-being of all his students. His main goal in life is to guide his students onto the “right” path - which has lead him to make a sort of hobby out of keeping an eye on the rebellious, Mach Diesel.
