And apostrophes. ...Maybe a different font, as well. That's more of an action font (I.E. A "sound effect text") not a lettering font.

That's what I have. You paste two of the same image, and at the top it says filter, then under that, blur, then Motion Blur one of them. Just make sure the blurred one is underneith the regular one.
