Someone's probably wondering by now: Why weasels?
It gives me freedom to be inaccurate, mostly. If they were human I'd have to actually research time eras and wars so that it'd be more believable.
With a fantasy world of animals, I'm free to do whatever I want!
Plus it's just fun to draw weasels.
