Bonus: D.'s leisure time #2

It may be more accurate to call the estate a castle. The staff tends to have a permanent residence, together with their close families. Assistants, trainers, advisors, butlers, doctors, gardeners, dressers, cosmetologists (it's a thing), masseurs, lawyers, chaffeurs, cooks, animal handlers, and any maintenance crew for the estate are regularly employed.
Some of the lower workers like maids may be second rate Meatware, like Iki used to be. Because menial tasks like doing laundry and arranging table cloths is in most cases still done by human beings rather than drones. The reason for that is, as always, it's cheaper. You don't exactly need a high end neuro core to handle simple tasks like that, or train a gen-gineered animal for it. Tho some super decadent a-holes might do it for funsies, have a whole mansion be served by Orga Mascots and talking monkeys. Because rich people!
As you can imagine, D. did not have many friends at the estate. There was one animal handler lady who wasn't afraid to go near him, and chatted with him on occasion. I might work that into the main plot at some point.
