Not bad, although I want to echo Nakasa's comment about speech bubbles. It looks like you have Photoshop or GIMP or whatever, so try using them for a better effect. To be honest, your layout isn't very interesting, try varying the panel shapes. This has potential, but it fails in standing out from the other hundred or so Megaman comics.
