filler six: Breakman playable sprites

This idea hit me and I had to do it. I figured had Protoman had access to Dr. Light's lab in Megaman 9, the item that takes Megaman's helmet away so you could play with him with hair, would be replaced int Protoman with the ability to give Protoman his Breakman helmet.
