Isn't that background from MMX. But really, what is it with you people and style mixing? It's not his fault that capcom didn't make MMX and MMC graphics exactly the same. If he wants to put Protoman in a MMX setting, let him. No one's going to edit a background, just to make it look like it came froma similar series. The comic makes no sense, I assume it's not meant to be funny, but to be a lead in to some sort of storyline.
