Yes, the new guy talks a different language that I made-up. Translations are at the bottom. Anyway, the reson Strike can speak, and understand the language is because of a program built into him, seeing as how Rise is a bio project from the same creator. And also, Rise can stand there because he was built for addaptabilaty, and basicaly had the bottom of his feet become ultra adheasive.
