Ok, as much as I liked how the last page came out, I think I'm going to sacrifice the spiffy shading for speed. Unless there's an overwhelming demand otherwise. (haha, yeah right) Anyway, it will still get used for things like illustrations and covers and such, but normal pages, back to my standard.

Just caught up on this (been busy sueing my employer, so no time for comics ya know), and Personally, I think the milder/standard shading looks just fine. When comics get TOO complicated you run the risk of losing interest cause one page takes you forever to make. Stick with what works for you.
