@Luccia: a very astute observation! Another factor is the atmosphere of this planet. It isn't the same as it is on earth, so airplanes are designed slightly differently here.

Very cool. Curious if our Leopard Lady is a practitioner of magic, if we're dealing with technology so advanced it just seems that way. Either way opens up very interesting prospects for the universe the story is set in. Also, I love her hair being blown upwards in the third panel. That's a small, but very fun detail.
