680: Doopliss Story - Inquiries About the "Doomed"

Alright… so I'm pretty sure I owe all of you an explanation.

Last week, a couple of my buddies decided that they were going to force me to take a week off from the comic. Mostly because I was starting to buildup so much stress that I was about to burst, and having to think of something to pull off for a comic wasn't helping any.

Of course I resisted at first due to the fact that I really don't like taking time off from MBC or doing fillers (you guys truly have no idea how much I care about what you think). But eventually I caved and let them do it, which resulted in the “Jacked” arc, and me playing along with the joke with the Twitter.

Yesterday's joke was made because I was introduced to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion… which isn't that bad of a game. And due to being scolded by guards in-game, and due to the internet meme, I decided to do that to “claim my comic back” :P

Either way, despite what happened, the Jacked arc is non-canonical, but will still be numbered as a part of the comic as fillers (for archiving purposes). My buddies are begging me to keep Talon and Julian at the moment… I'm not sure if I can, but I'm looking for a decent excuse to maybe include them later. Not sure, though.

But yeah, I'm back, and I've still got random explaining to do about Doopliss's backstory. Considering how long I've been out of comission, I may look for an excuse to get things sped up a bit, though.
