Mob Ties Strange Interlude: Intro

The intro pretty much explains what's going on. Emulate is a guest star who will be a re-occurring character, and it was necessary to introduce Tarobot. Tarobot is the altered robot that was first seen in Issue 7, page six, the background of Taro's lab. He will also be pivotal to the upcoming storyline.
This is a nice story because it will explain some of what Taro was doing in America as well. And we'll also see some old friends.

Thanks for bearing with me, it's really hard to introduce every single bit of important information when you have an average of 20 or so pages to a comic. And it may seem a bit slapped together, but trust me when I say this side story is important. It's sort of like a side quest in a huge RPG, optional, but makes the entire experience more fulfilling. At least, I hope so.
