Bengal might hate the Pandas, but he respects strength. Bengal hates Piggy Man down there, AND obviously is filled with contempt at his weakness. Piggy Man is weak, cowardly, and he has no skill at using people. Bengal may treat people like pawns, even his family, but Piggy Man uses people, including his own family, like toilet paper. At least with pawns, they are valued for being useful, and are not discarded needlessly (after all, a pawn in the right place can topple a king, or at least prevent your own king from being taken), and if a pawn is sacrificed for the cause, that sacrifice gives the pawn value. When people are treated as toilet paper, they are discarded as soon as they can no longer fulfill their original purpose, without any effort made to find a new purpose for them (for example, Jimbo was cast aside as soon as his loss of an arm temporarily reduced his effectiveness as a fighter, and Curry was cast aside as soon as he lost to Sid, even before his body would have started to cool (had he stayed dead)).
