Mika is, Ironically, scared of ghosts. Yes, she can see them, and except for the occasional real ghost she's seen (most of them friendly spirits or ghost rats following the Doc), mostly she just saw creepy auras. But before she went all grey gothic, she was almost identical to Kyoko in style and personality. They were both Ganguro girls http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ganguro before the attack warped Mika's perceptions. Why else do you think they were best friends? Mika, during her preteen and early teenage years LOVED cute things, the color pink, and HATED horror movies.

And I want to set the record straight. Deathtrap is not, I repeat NOT based on Project Satan from Futurama. I didn't even remember that episode until people started comparing the two, and even then I had to look it up before remembering. Yes, the origin where he's built from evil parts is similar, but damned if I remembered that scene. Saw that episode once, maybe twice.

Deathtrap is actually from a character I created two years ago name Jimbo, from an online pokemon role-playing group I belonged to called the Pokemon Combat Academy.

He was a suicidal ghost pokemon who was killed driving his car, which then became part of him in the form of a terrifying flying ghost car. Since I felt the ghost car idea was a bit too far-fetched even for Mob Ties, I changed the backstory a bit so that he was built from evil parts.

So, if comparing him to the Futurama character will help you like Deathtrap more, then feel free to compare the two. I just wanted to bring Deathtrap into the Mob Ties storyline because I wanted to make Curry a get-away-driver, and Deathtrap is such an interesting vehicle.

Of course…I'm showing my age here, but if he's based off of anything, it's Doomie the Dragster of Doom from the Beetlejuice cartoon. Most of you kids won't even know what I'm talking about.
