So, some of you might be seeing some similarities with this compared to earlier comics. It also explains why Nariko seems to have been around for so long.

I read comments every day, and I have to say, I've heard some interesting theories about how some of you think this story is going to progress. Which I'm always happy to see since it means I'm writing a story that not only CAN be followed, but once in which people WANT to follow.

Anyway, again, sorry about the annoying banner again, but if you'll scroll back to yesterday's you'll see that it's been removed. For those of you who have voted, thank you so much. For those of you who haven't…well, I hope it isn't because of the annoying self-promotion. Mob Ties has had a rough journey for the last few years, and one that I can see having a lot of rocky times in the near future. The home team could really use this win.

Just sayin'! If I don't get nominated, you'll still be getting the same quality of artwork. This has always been my dream after all, and I don't intend for the 26 years of work that lead up to Mob Ties being a popular web comic to go to waste. It's all uphill from here, baby!

Nice RomeoXJuliet reference there. Just kinda curious...do the gods have a bit of a blindspot when it comes to the other gods? It seems pretty obvious that the main instigator here was Bengal with Nariko being ,quite bluntly, a pawn. Then again Bengal is currently a half-dead old man as opposed to all-powerful god, so perhaps his punishment is yet to come.
