2 - Cynthia (Concept)

I came up with this character a while ago, also I have some little storylines for her. However, she's not a character to appear in DH at any time.

Cynthia has black fur and a peach muzzle. Those weird lines on her hair are actually fuel tanks. The additives in the fuel induce one of the 3 modes of her cyborg self, they also change the color of the fuel: Turquoise for Interrogation Mode, dark blue for Investigation Mode, orange for Annihilation Mode (fits better than »Assassination«).
