The Power to Change Past Visions into Reality only projects past visions that Ballow has seen. That's the limit to Ballow's power. He cant turn a reality of something he hasn't seen in the past. Everything hes used to this point is something he'd seen at some point in the past. Kayako, from the movies. Dropping cars from either Joshua or him just position where the object will be at, hence he placed it over the guards heads and it dropped by itself. The only other weakness this power has is if he uses Pick and then makes a past vision of it. Since Pick was attached to him, his past self will be turned real as well. The past self can't dodge because its was only a vision. So should it take damage, Ballow also takes damage.
