Bagel isn't sharing his umbrella, but then, Bagel doesn't have a waterproof plastic cover. Meanwhile, the firefighters put out that blaze with no help whatsoever from the rain, which couldn't very well go inside the building.

The original writing in the tiny panels is easier to read than the font I intended to use.
