The Gregory Brothers' HERE THERE BE ROBOTS: 4

Welcome back, fans, to MCT3K Season 2! Pages for our premiere episode were obtained from Jonah and Jeremy Gregory's comic Here There Be Robots, which, despite the impression you may have gotten from these reworked pages, I actually like a whole lot– so much, in fact, that I found their material difficult to make fun of, such was its awesomeness. Read their comic. Read it right now.
As for readers new to MCT3K, welcome! Before you go plunging into the archives, let me sort a few things out for you:
1. These comics were ridiculed with EXPRESS PERMISSION from their creator(s). Do not make fun of someone unless they allow you to.
2. You can sign up to be MCT3K'd as well, but only in the proper forum. Do not do it on this page. That is annoying.
3. In case you haven't noticed, each different shade of speech balloon belongs to a different TEO character. Here's a quick reference guide:
White = Walter (left)
Light-ish grey = Lloyd (right)
Dark-ish grey = Dexy (middle)
Read more about these characters and their adventures at teocomic.com. It will be just as interesting as this, if not more.
4. I try to be fair. I try to keep things all in jest. But if I riff on your comic, and you're offended by something I said, remember that you asked for it. So unclench your anus for just a little bit… and learn to laugh at yourself.
More to come soon! (On a highly sporadic schedule, of course.)
Sincerely,
Ian Jay

Yessssss, so glad you're back. The color outlines on the speech bubbles works mucho well, but these 'shades' of gray you speak of I cannot tell. So I just read them as one person with multiple personality disorder. You could try blue... or pink... or any number of colors that are not gray. Cheers, mate, this stuff is killer.

Look, Aeon, like I said, this is pretty much a direct rip-off of famed TV series Mystery Science Theater 3000 (shhhh! Don't tell nobody). And they seem to have no quandaries about which way their "er" goes around, so why should I? ~IJ

You know what's funny? Roombas. My best friend has one he named Roombalina. Or Roombetty. I forget. But that little robotic vacuum creature is pure comic genius. p.s.-- Mystery Comic Theater is also pure comic genius. Although the anal-retentive theatre major in my soul says to tell you that Theater refers to the building, and Theatre refers to the art. So just make sure you're using it as intended.

Ha ha, good to see this back in action!
