This was done 100% Photoshop, and I can't say I was too into the way it came out, so I'm deciding to go with pencil from here on, then coloring in PS.

That scene seems more like some sort of a dream to me. Something that seems familiar, and one knows what to do, but can't be sure if it'll do any good.

That was colored on PS? that's great! Looks like it was hand painted. Sorry if I sound like a hick but I don't have PS...

Yes, I agree with Matchhead1984, there is a dream-like, dreamy effect here that must be darn difficult to produce.
