Hope the one week wait was worth it, folks. This page came out damn good, in my opinion. I love the style of coloring in this, it doesn't look as lazy as the last page's. I'm proud of it. Charna's softer side is showing through, and by now, a lot of you are probably wondering about Nikolai, huh? :) Tune in next week for more answers!

That is one kick ass owl. Owls are so cool - we have a bunch of 'em in the woods behind the duplex we rent and I always hear them hooting away at night. I love that.

The ow's black/green eye immediately grabbed my notice. Nice visual addition. The progress of seeing the closeness in panel 4, to seeing the owl fly away in panel 5, to the large distance and downward perspective are well thought out.
