The Fiends can't stay on the surface too long because the power of Ryutsuyosa is stronger on the surface, Likewise, a Dragon who possesses the power can't stay in the Under Realm for too long because the negative power is strong there.
But that will all be explained as well :P

O.O so he took the baby out before the other guys got there?! ooo wow I wonder why he left the child maybe he's power was to drained for him to do so.

Love the art...but those ears make me wonder if he was teased as a child.
